ESSENTIAL INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW DURING YOUR STAY AT BONABRIGO HOSTEL

Welcome! Bonabrigo Hostel wants you to have an excellent stay and enjoy the best of BC and the region while feeling at home.

For this, we leave here some important information as part of our Internal Polices.

Check-in time starts at 14:00h and Check-out may be done until noon.

Smoking is forbidden in rooms and indoors.

3. It is not allowed to bring in alcoholic beverages from outside.

4. It is not allowed to eat in the rooms and cabins;

5. It is not allowed to use devices that emit sound, except with the use of headphones.

6. Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet.

7. For shared rooms, the air conditioning will be turned on from 9:30 pm and off at 9:00 am.

8. Do not make noise after 22:00 until 7:00.

9. For shared rooms, after 22:00 do not turn on the central light in the room, only use the individual light of each cabin.

10. We are not responsible for forgotten belongings.

11. It is forbidden to feed the Pet;

12. It is forbidden to carry and/or use any illegal substance or any type of firearm at the property's areas;

13. It is strictly prohibited to practice acts of indecent exposure as well as other acts considered harmful and/or inappropriate to morals and good customs.

14. In case of loss of the drawer padlock key, the security deposit related to this will be automatically converted into consumption payment (if using the property's padlock);

15. The electrical installation of the property is 220v;

16. Breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am and the guest must go to reception in advance to choose their breakfast if they’ve included it in their stay when purchasing it.

17. The reception is open 24 hours;

18. The kitchen is free for use until 22:00. Unauthorized use after this time will result in a fine;

 19. 22:00h is the cut-off time for lights on, as well as for conversations inside and around the rooms;

20. The pool is open to guest customers and visiting customers in the day-use form between 10:00h and 22:00h;

21. The bar-tender service starts at 18:00h and ends at 23:00h;

22. The cleaning service starts from 10:00;

23. It is allowed to use the games room until 22:00

24. The occupancy of more than one person per cabin in shared rooms is prohibited;

25. The property's gate is locked from 00:00 by the shift staff and after that time all guests who want to enter the property must press the bell and identify themselves properly;

26. The Management reserves the right to cancel the accommodation to those who do not suit the property. Anyone who proceeds inappropriately, contrary to this regulation or who violates legal or moral norms, will be invited to leave the establishment.
